Yeah, I'm in Idaho. No emissions, and pretty lax rules compared to other states. I know there's atleast one registered for street use in Texas as well. Each state has different requirements, so you need to check with your local DMV.

Most of the US Atoms had the 2.0 supercharged ecotec engines. I haven't heard of any that are using the new turbocharged versions. But I'd much rather have the K20 than the ecotec.

It looks like those cars ran over trash bags and now have trash all over the front of their car. I'd either paint it the color of the car, black or get a carbon fiber lip.

Currently it's stock. Well, besides I/H/E. I'll probably be driving it this way for a while. I'm also hopefully getting K-Pro soon. When I do go F/I, I'll go with a Kraftwerks supercharger on low boost. Anything over 300-350whp in this would just be suicide.

There is only one purpose for this car and that is speed. You'd be amazed how well a K20a Type-R engine pushes around 1200 pounds.

Well, it's definately not a cruising car. The molds for the seats were actually taken from a Porsche racecar. There is absolutely no sliding around in these seats.

It's called a Superlite Roadster. I was just wondering if anyone here had seen one before. A company called RCR in Detroit builds them. They're similar to the Atom, but about 1/4 the price. They're built to use the K20a, SRT-4, or 4G63T engine. They're might also be plans to use a GM LSx.

There were all sorts of cars there. You'll also notice a Can-Am parked right next to me. There was also a street legal dune buggy with a fiberglass tub. However, in Idaho you'll find that 99% of the car shows are either muscle cars or trucks/jeeps.
