The gasket looks right and I've used one very similar on my setup not the best but it works. And the exhaust gasket you got linked there for your headers does NOT look right, very close but its also very hard to tell. O'Reilly will definitely have the exhaust gasket you need just that one...

sounds like maybe your intake bypass hose or the coolant bypass pipe...lotsa stuff back there to leak coolant.

Theres no click or tick that comes from the clutch interlock switch you need to test it or jump it. Did you check the relay? and yes in theory you can just mount a push button start for your car but off the top of my head I'm not positive on the voltage signal but I'd also go throught the relay...

Other than fuses check the relay and then make sure your blower motor is actually getting power.
