Thanks @tamboo. But thats not the program im having. When I turn off my car all lights turn off normally. But when I turn the head lights, it all the lights like break and bumper signals front and back comes lite. So when I take it out for a drive and brake, people can hardly notice im stepping...

I think I have an electrical fuse problem or some sort. All my lights stays lite. When I brake you can hardly tell. Is there something I can do to fix this?
