Ok I took off the hids kits and ballast and connected the hids to the cars battery directly thru positive and negative on the battery and they work so the hids are good and working ... So I guess this means there's no power going to the wires where the ballast are supposed to plug in idk why...

I checked the hid wiring with a multimeter and there's no power going to them ?? What does that mean???

The thing is both lights went out at the same time exactly the same time is that possible for hids to do that?

Nothing seems broken no loose connections but on thing I remembered the way he had the headlights set up was when you would try to turn on high beams instead of high beams it would just turn off the headlights weird

I recently Had an ls that I traded for a 99 ej8 civic b20swap ... And earlier I was smashing on the freeway from 5 to 3 gear and you know when downhift hard the car kinda jumps or whatever like you hear pop! Well when I did that my headlight both off them together(hids) randomly shut off idk...

Problem RESOLved it was two injecotrs that were cracked and clogged I replaced them now car runs like new :)))))

Ok I took off the fuel rail and cranked the car trying turning it on for about 3 seconds but none of the injectors sprayed at all are they clogged? Could te paint thinner have caused this plus I would always drive on E heard that let's in dirt more oftern

Yea I do hear it prime when I turn the key actually so must not be the pump ... ... Could a bad fuel pressure regulator cause these misifires?? ...... Should I buy this to test the pressure on the fuel it say I can test if the rings are bad also and manifold leaks etc...

Just barely put in fresh spark plugs ngk the cheaper ones... Drive back home took then out to look at them and they already had a like a white powder look is that normal??? The injectors seem to work when I disconnect the electrical plug they respond ... If my fuel pump was bad would I get cel...

Mechanic said injecotrs were fine but ill check again... I took off primary 02 sensor it's super black can I clean it by burning off the carbon and alcahol?........ Also when I unscrew the fuel rail and crank the car are the injectors supposed to squirt? Cuz they dnt

My mechanic can't figure it out he's been in the business for 20 years ... The whole ignition system was replaced timing belt and water pump valves adjusted fuel filter was done he checked the injectors everything ... Except he didnt check the 02 sensors . He must hve not thought about that ...

Yes the cel light is flashing its almost always flashing ....The problem happened after the seafoam ... I seafoamed the car once just to try it. It didnt misfire then everythjng was fine ....then I Dnt remember how long later maybe 2 weeks later I got the catalyc below threshold code so I did...

Well I ended up getting a new cat today and still runs like crap misfiring randomly ... Did I have to replace my 02 sensors?? Or can I clean them ? Someone said to just unplug the primary one how would that help? :(
