i believe that these guarantees are all riding on the fact that you have to have the components professionally installed. If you do it yourself all of that warranty/guarantee crap goes out the window....

I believe you are correct and I did have mine installed because I didnt have the room or equipment to do it myself plus I had that satisfaction that I could blame someone else if something went wrong. wish I had done it myself though; its been like 3-4 years and im still finding things like finger tight bolts

Not to intrude on the OP, but they were great way back when I had them. Long way away from those days though and a hell of a lot faster!
