as im on my way back from the GYM im coming into my town.....so i go up my block i see two fukin cops in one car but one was outside the car...so as i keep going down my block i see them follow me...lights go on yup i said to myself here we fukin go again....so i didnt stop....i went on for a little bit till i reached my driveway and i could hear his fat ass talking on the microphone thingy pull over now....so i get to my driveway...u kno why im pulling u over...no....seatbelt.....i was like o ok...i was fukin pissed so i was shaking my leg and he immediately says u got ne drugs in the car...WTF? no......neway we kept fighting for about 10 fucking minutes straight.....so finally i call my brother up while the cop went in the car and im like come outside this fat fucking cop pulled me over in the driveway....he came out i get out of the car...i ws like u kno wat this is fucking bull shit....i fucking go to work 6am in the morning come home at 5pm and just get back from teh gym and u fukin pull me over in my driveway...hes like get back in the car now with his little gay microphone...so im like fuck u ......hes like u kno wat next time u wise ass to me im arresting u...im like arrest me for fucking wat? neway i kept arguing with this dick wipe ....so he gives me the ticket actually his partner gave it to me cause he was NEW and needed experience writing tickets...so as he gave it to me and said u kno how to pay it...i said yea i been through this shit 20 million fuckin times and i crumpled the ticket up and threw it in my seat reved up the shit outta my car and parked in my driveway...fucking assholes man :evil:

Your huffing and puffing over something you did.

Its illegal to drive without a seat belt on, And you kept going after the lights went on for no reason (your lucky you didnt get arrested for refusing to pull over), And you had a attitude.

If i was the cop just because the way you were acting i would be looking for anything else to give you a ticket for.

Honestly the cop was doing his job, He see's something against the law and tries to correct it... I know someones going to pull out the drug dealer thing out of there ass but if they cant see it its not illegal.

Overall... You have anger problems, The way you were acting could of made things worst, The cops were just going over routine stop's for a reason.

dude if you woulda been cool you mighta been able to get out of that ..... a rookie + no tickets?

like the time i was pulled over for tinted windows and she smelled beer (i had one) ... so she made me get out the car and do the whole test and i blew a .000 and then she ended up giving me a warning for the tint because i was so co-operative and honest during the stop.

In CA its points and a moving violation

You live in NY right? Needa swing over to NH and kick it with tegsox ... no seatbelt laws ... no helmet laws .... ridin in the back of pickup trucks ok .... hell i think you can even drink in the car.

How are cops supposed to know that?... They see someone driving with no seat belt where the law says anytime you are in a moving vehicle you must have it on... And your supposed to pull over immediatly once the lights go on.

dude your lucky you got off with just a seatbelt ticket, for you refusing to pull over thats called failure to stop on a officers signal a third degree felony, and yes you will do 1 yr prison time not jail time PRISON for not stopping i know because i had a similar experience but i didnt get off like you, i did get arrested and did spend 15 days in jail because a cop cant read a dealership sticker......so at least you got a seatbelt ticket and not a attempted failure to stop on a officers signal.....you should just consider yourself lucky

Just move north of Manchester, and the odds of your Teg getting stolen are slim to none. It may get vandalized or a window smashed to get your stereo, but that's pretty rare too unless you live in a low rent neighborhood of course. And fuck a seatbelt, haha! Ironic I would say that, a seatbelt saved my dad's life in 1986.
A few crappy thing about NH:
a front license plate is required.
tint laws are strict (no tint allowed on your front windows, and your rear tint can't be very dark).
the cost of registering your car is based on it's value and age, a new car can cost hundreds and hundreds of dollars to register....every year!

I don't think drinking is allowed in a car by anyone.

maybe in a few years ... is there good mountain biking out there?

Everything out here is so expensive .... id like to be able to own a house one day and i cant see that happening in most west coast states, (ca, az, or, wa, ut) .... montana housing has gone up .... ive kinda looked into wyoming but not too much.

how much are the front plate tickets? In ca its a $10 processing fee if you put it on and get it signed off
how stritct is enforcement on tint, and how much is the ticket? My rear is 5% lol and front 20% so far ive been lucky in ca only pulled over once and got a warning
california registration is the same way.

yea i think texas is the only place its still ok cause i hear montana outlawed drinking in the cars last year.
