I think you should go with the H22 if you do decide to swap. The F20 is basically a destroked H22..less torque. Oh and BTW the F20B being a JDM motor I don't think it would pass US emissions.

Its gonna be a pain to find parts too. Would an H22 run on my ITR ecu? ITR injectors are 240cc Prelude are 290cc, I just need it to drive to the inspection shop and back. What if I used a piggy back to get through emissions?
