hid's don't work. new in box.

so i finally spent the money to support a local business.
when i hooked them up they didnt work.

all the connects seamed right.
i didnt even take the bulb out of the protective case. so it cant be that.

unhooked the main connecter and hooked up regular high beam bulbs .
all worked fine.

could it be the ballasts? or am i doing something wrong.

sorry didnt take any pictures.
instructions were pretty shitty but it seemed right.

any suggestions?
i dont want to take them back and be like it doesn't work over one little problem.
but both sides didnt work.

all grounds ok too.

My guess is something is installed wrong. Make sure everything is completely plugged in and try switching the sides.

the only thing i can think of is if the high voltage connecters were put on backwords but i doubt it.

hold on lemme grab the box.
i never unplugged anything just took em off my car.

Disregard my post asking what the problem was on the other thread lol.
Maybe you got some bunk ballast's???
