3 screws on the bottom of it, and the top snaps into the bottom. You may have to tilt the wheel all the way down. I'm not sure you need to remove the steering wheel, but when I took mine off, I had the wheel removed anyway
Yea, I'm putting a new wheel on and I just took the old one off. Now the black disk behind the wheel is still on, and I disconnected the cruise control button and horn harness. I'm not sure I have to remove the cover anymore. I'm just concerned that the after market hub will cover the plug where the harness needs to plug in for the horn
