HAHA , Those look nice i might get one when i replace my gasket seal i think its leakingk, sometimes i hate livinng in canada for example : when i have to order stuff online its like extra shipping cost n crap

yes it is a very easy install, just remove valve cover, remove cam cap bolts, lift up gently on the metal holding it in, place new cam seal in, torque everything back to spec and dont brake your valve cover bolts! AKA don't over tighten them.
