Doesn't matter what cluster you have in there.oh and does it matter im still using my ls cluster, havent got a gsr 1 yet...by the way the tranny says s80 on it

I got JDM B18C with GSR tranny, i got 3500 RPM @70mi/hr

Ls, gs, rs = around 6300 ish. I dont remember.
GSR = 8k plus

To add I did some testing last night.
3000RPM in 1st - 15MPH
3000RPM in 2nd - 25MPH
3000RPM in 3rd - 35MPH
3000RPM in 4th - 45MPH
3000RPM in 5th - 60MPH
Give a take a mile on those. Compare yours, if the RPM's are lower, you may want to take your trans back. The LS internals are weaker then the GSR model and of course geared at different ratios.

ls and a chipped ecu that can rev to 8 which will result in engine failure.
^^ you cant rev an LS to 8k doods.
I know plenty of LS and B20s reving to 8k whats wrong with it? yeah i know they aren't made to rev high but its possible.
