At least test it, no harm in doing so. My Integra is a 2D LS 96 model, came with 175k miles, got it for 1650. 6500 is a bit high(at least on my budget), but it has low miles, and it's VTec. Test drive it, if it works great then do so. And one thing about Craigslist, when selling items some people increase the price so you can lower it later and make it appear as a "discount/good deal". Try dropping it to 5000 or 5500 if you can. Oh, and if you have an OBD2, bring it, or at least a paperclip so you can decode any errors if the CEL is up.
