Synthetic or conventional oil?

Hah Gurley, it will burn oil if you Vtec enough or track it. Thats just the nature of the beast.

Buy some of this stuff. I've seen it advertised for years on TV and has good reviews on Amazon. It restores compression and attempts to fill the wear in cylinder walls.

Yeah but with the amount of oil you go through. You could have done a overhaul (depending on how long this has been going on of course)

Its been over a year. Ever since it overheated a few times and blew the headgasket its done it and its progressively getting worse. I may just swap the motor for a b20 or jdm b18b.

na it's been dyno tuned by a shop, runs a solid 12.5;1 under a load, the car is strait exhaust aside from the spoon n1

I've seen it at Oreilly's. If you do purchase it, let me know if it works for you I think it's well worth trying if you are tight on money or if the car isn't worth investing a ton of money into.

Ah ok good.

My street tune wasn't too far off though. We only picked up 14whp on the dyno with some minor timing changes and some slight full throttle fuel changes.
