Better buy the bumpers/wing/lip you want before you get it painted, that way there's no going back and having things color matched.

Well a really good look would be ITR wing and 97 ITR lip, bayson R makes a good rep of the 97 lip, and I'm sure you could find the wing on eBay or craigslist, just make sure it has the Honda stamp in it, rep itr wings don't always fit very good.

As for the side skirts, the stock plastic ones can be sanded and painted, so you could just track down a stock set.
