will Bad wires cause sputtering?

took a few more seconds then normal starting up today leaving school. changing the wires tomorrow. i hope this solves the problem!

I got a zap from a wire the other day, but nothing beats laying a 15mm wrench in between both battery terminals...

Yea I found out the 6" extension fits perfectly between the two battery terminals. Won't do that again =/ haha.
