IMO the h23a is not a better motor than the f22a. Depending on what you want it for the F is a better choice. IF your going to leave it stock than get the h23 if your going to boost it you should get the F22. It already has iron sleeves, it has lower compression, and the head has great flow characteristics (just change the cam). If your going to go N/A I would just get a b.H22A > H23A > F22A
