98 front bumper

Do some people cutout the fins and preices that are on the inside lower portion of the bumper? If so what's the best way to do it without damaging the bumper too much? I think it would look a lot cleaner and on mine the are also destroyed

Do you mean the grill area? I dont know any spot that would classify as a fin so im guessing you mean that. Some have done it. If you feel yours are messed up already and look bad, i dont see how it could be worse to get rid of it.
