I know CC had a "loophole" where you could post for sale items with a lower postcount, but ONLY in the regionals. That way, it's less likely for someone to get scammed, and you can pick the item up. Then again, I've found regional forums that are WONDERFUL for this.

Theres also a new one for ROTM, 50 posts to enter. Kinda tired of people with 3 posts running, because they always stop coming to the site after they are in the poll.
