adding a 1995 ls in a 2000 gsr shell

Ok so my 2000 gsr was stolen, n i got the shell back with no engine or tranny and hsve no money for the replacement, so i want to put this ls that i have sitting around, to do this would i need to change my harness because my shell is a gsr vtech n my ls engine is non vtech? Or coukd i get a jumper harness?from a 2000 gsr to 1995 ls..need help, reply asap

Where do you live and what kind of inspection process do they have ?

A lot of states you would have to replace your OBD 2 with an OBD 2.

That being said the OBD 1 plugs will not match up so you would have to change the harness
