Advance intake timing

okay here is the deal. one of my buddies said that if you move the intake cam gear one notch that it will give you more top end power. is this true??

don't screw with your cam gears unless you have it on a dyno, you can do more harm then good messin with it.

If this was a DSM it would supposidly be true (however I never dyno'd it to be true).. but we are talking 1 tooth..

I say don't F with it..

Sounds Like A Great Idea If U Want To Introduce Your Pistons To Your Valves Keep It Simple And Leave Cam Degrees The Pros

Why do so many people think that cams are something to screw with as a noob?
Personally, I think that adjusting cams with adjustable gears should be far down the list of ways to get power. Noobs need not attempt.
