Nah, not ricey at all.. Kinda look like grids, which are knockoffs of te-37's, so they're alright. Depending on how wide they are, they could look real nice on 195/45... or 165/45 if you wanna pop tires on a daily (speaking from how shitty the roads are where i live)

Keep the mesh and clean them up, they just look dirty. OEM style wheels aren't too bad

Wow, sounds like you need to get a plastic scraper or some fine sandpaper to get that off. That's what I would do at least.
