That really all comes down to how much you would enjoy driving it.
Me for example I never drive automatics if I don't have to purely because I get no enjoyment out of it.
If you have no plans of upgrading for more power then it only comes down to how much it would mean to you
However the auto transmission cannot handle much power if you decide to go performance.

Your better off buying a 5 speed to begin with if your not knee-deep in mods.
A lot of people tear their car apart, planning all kinds of ridiculous things to do to their project. Then all of a sudden realize they dont have what it takes and just sell the shell and parts.
