best ecu for my swap....

well if its a 90-91 motor he wouldnt want to do that because his car is already obd1, so the correct ecu for the motor would be any acura integra ecu from 92-95

He has a 93 with a b18a motor which is 90-93. 94-95 is b18b

Motor wise yes. Duma is referring to the time span of the OBD1 system from 92-95. He is not referring to the time span of the b18a and b18b motors.
