Car wont start, no dash lights after radio install

I would try to get it to start then worry about the lights(unless related)

Fuel pump priming?

Check for Spark

You said it starts to turnover after a few clicks.
A "click" or "click-click-click" means the solenoid is trying to grab and hold, but it can't. If it can't, the motor can't turn, since it gets its current through the connected solenoid. A solenoid that won't grab is either defective or the battery is too discharged to allow it to grab.

Check the Starter

Oh and check your battery cables/terminals
Im almost certain the lights are related; these two symptoms came up at the exact same time. Ill just tow it to a shop cause i simply don't have time to do all this, and this IS my DD i need it fixed asap :(

SOLVED

Found a bad sauter that previous owner did while installing the Clifford alarm. Re-did the connection and started right up.
