Drum Brakes noise

My 91 GS was sitting outside for the past year and i recently installed a new battery and alternater, after sitting for over year the front disk brakes were covered in rust. after driving it for a little bit the front rust scraped off but the rear drums are still making a loud scraping noise. how do i make this noise stop?

P.S. ( the brakes were replaced before the car was left to sit)

you have rear drum brakes? i thought all 90+ integra's (US Spec anyway) had 4 wheel disc brakes. in fact, i'm sure of it. i thought only the ausies and euro tegs had rear drum brakes

He is right you should be scraping a rotor. If you are you could either get them turned, or replace them. Being that they are somewhat new I would look into turning them. Meaning take them somewhere and they shave the rotor down.

This is what your rear should look like.
