The poly bushings do help a lot in suspension. Engine mount bushings it all depends on if you like to feel the engine shake you or not. They bushings do stiffen things up a bit, so if that is what you are looking for then it is perfect.

i read in a post that they tend to shift out of place which is turn mess up your alignment. is that true?

i know the red and black are made differently. the black has more grafite for better lube so something like that
