It is just air coming out of the oil filler, not to sure if this is a problem. Im still going to check up on things and make sure everythings in check

Do a dry compression test. Then do a wet compression test. If the number drastically increase, you will know it's the rings. Seems the rings are the likely suspect if you just replaced them. They may have not seated properly

The fact that he was out on the track with only a 1000 miles on them, I would say zero break in.

its not blow by we were wrong, just air coming out of the oil filler when the cap is off is all, could be something else though. its been 1,800 miles since the rebuild till the time I race. Ive takin it easy up until this race not reving past 3,500 while driving I dont think that racing after 1,800 is too bad. Still going to run tests to make sure everythings in check though

Check you PCV valve and make sure it's functioning correctly.
