front and rear defrost not workin? help

hey whats up guys, i have a 96 dc integra ls. and my front and rear defost dont work, none of the lights for what you want your heat to blow dont light up either.it blows to my feet and out of the dash vents. it dont do front or rear defrost, i dont know how to fix it, checked fuses and thee all good. any help?
