fuel gauge

i just got my 97 integra RS and when i have filled it up, (the pump stops pumping gas) and i go start the car the needle moves slowly to a little above 3/4 of a tank. ie filled the tank 4 times and i have never seen it go to full even when i know the tank is full. any ideas please help

your gauge could be wrong or your charcoal canister could be bad or one of the lines leading to it could be clogged.
