Everything is the same for the turbo parts. The only thing that you will have to change is the charge pipe where it connects to the IM, that is if you use the GSR IM. Other than that, it is all the same.
Dont think you can use the LS manifold on a Vtec head. Ive read that the Type-R manifold is better then most of the aftermarket ones, saw the dyno graphs to prove it. Just thought id throw that in there.
The LS IM will not work with the GSR, ITR or B16 head. The ITR IM is the best IM honda makes. You have to use the IM for the head that you have, our you can get a skunk2 IM for the head. The B16 and ITR heads will fit the ITR IM.
