Help I'm looking for CARB approved turbo kits

I've been thinking about the turbo upgrade to my 97' GSR, It already has a ITR head and cams on it. I was wondering if anyone knew of any other kits that are CARB approved besides the GREDDY kit, also does anyone know if the APEX N1 catback exhaust is CARB approved? I'd really appriciate some help here. Actually also does anyone know some NA higher compression kits or good na kits for all motor app if i don't go forced induction. also carb approved

If your gonna be powering out your engine why are you so worried about CARB approved? The more power you add the less "legal" your car will be unless you're real conservative about your engine.
