how to mount 94-97 fogs? (mainly the bracket)

how do you mount the 94-97 fogs? i dont want to cut anything out and have it be wrong but i cant figure out how the hell to get them mounted without cutting. i know there it the plastic piece that goes over everything when finished... and i believe the bracket should mount behind the bumper and then the lights should go in front correct? i just cant figure out how to get the bracket mounted... :what:

nevermind... i managed to get it. the part that sticks out to screw on the cover was screwing me all up. though the covers dont really fit on... i need a new bumper cause mine is all cracked to hell in the grill so the fogs point upwards too much. as of now i just have the fogs mounted and nothing else. still not connected. ran outta time lol
