How to touch up paint around headlight?

I have a 94 Integra. I restored my headlights using a restoration kit. The kit was supplied with green tape to put around the headlight while restoring. When I lifted off the tape, the paint came off with the paint. This is my bumper so I don't think it's metal, but not sure. I can order the exact color, but should I use a touch up paint brush or touch up spray? If spray, how do I prep it? thx

Go get a can of close color match spray paint. Pop your bumper off and tape behind the area to painted with masking tape/newspaper. Touch up as needed. Should be pretty easy clean up.

Your bumper is made of plastic.
