Internal recomendations for LS Turbo

Hey I was wonding what your suggestions are for internals and stuff for a 99 ls teg. And if its expsensive but worth it i am willing to svae up for it or something. Oh yea and i can't decide between a T28 BB or T3/04. any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

T28 would get you some good acceleration, T3/04 would have more power but at a higher rpm. So thats up to you and where you want the power.

I would at least get better rods. Eagle makes nice rods at affordable proces.

enjoy yourself! Me personally, i'd want the T3/04 turbo for the big top end power and scrifice a slower spool up time since you're coming from a 140hp engine.
