Yes. The size of your rim doesn't really matter.
Anything beyond 1.5" and it's good to get a camber kit.
Although, slightly negative camber is not always a bad thing.
When a car goes into a corner, the springs allow the body to roll over on the front outside tire. This body roll deflects the suspension. Typical factory suspensions allow the top of the tire and wheel to roll outward—creating positive camber.
This makes the car understeer, or push, through a turn. More desirable is a front suspension that rolls negative, or inward, in a turn
