my b18c1 just hit 100xxx miles, now im thinking on doing a motor rebuild...anyone know of a good reputable shop to do an engine rebuild at in the san diego area?
do a compression and leakdown test. unless you have completely neglected your motor, its probably perfectly healthy. after 130,000 miles, i still had 210 compression in all 4 cylinders in my gsr.

Yeah, like patrick said, you're motor should still be healthy. 100k is fairly young for a B18. They usually will run strong up to and pasy 200k unless they are neglected
