Odd noise coming from car

So when I drive i hear like a weird wub wub wub sounds, from my rear right tire, I jacked it up, and basically shook the tire, and no wobblying, but yet I still hear this odd noise, and as well my car feels very sluggish when driving, like is not getting power.

Does it make that noise while u are making turns? If so you probably have bad boots and/or bad axle.

If its coming from the rear its not axles, because there are no axles in the rear. I'm gonna go with wheel bearings.

Wub wub wub? Maybe your caliper is seized? Or your rotor is warped?

Didn't see where it said REAR. My bad...wheel bearing x2

if the wheel isnt wobbling when you jack up the car, most likely the brake calipers are sticking.

check for bad wheel bearings:

jack up car
place hand on to and bottom of tire
wiggle tire to check for movement
if no movement, youre good.

So I did that I did the tire check no movement.

Check the wear of the tire. Your "wub wub" sound is most likely cupped tires.
Wheel bearings roar, they generally don't sound like the noise you have described.

what ^^^ said, or I second the opinion about a slightly warped rotor... Before I replaced all of my rotors and pads I had a warped rotor that made that sound in the mornings when there was condensation on the disc...

otherwise the tire probably has an issue.
