Oil leak

Just bought this 96 integra and noticed that there is an oil leak it maybe old but want to know what you guys think it might be?

id clean it off and drive it for a week or 2 and check he oil and look for around the engine to see wear it comes from. i looked under mine and it was soaked from an old oil leak. cleaned it and checked 2 weeks later nothing. so just see if its an old leak or not

Cam gear seals leaking
Possible headgasket leaking
Possibly distributor seal leaking

Found out yesterday that the rack and pinion is busted they are replacing it today

That oil leak was likely from your valve cover gasket, which looks like it was just replaced. Clean it off and see. My next suspect would be distributor o-ring

Oh and Rack and Pinion won't leak on that side of the motor. Thats a completely separate issue

I think that oil was old and has been there for a while and the only leak i can see now is th rack and pinion

Who determined your rack and pinion were shot? Also cam seals leak replace that one
