Popping Loose Front Lower Balljoints

Getting them popped is a pain. Sometimes ending up with a messed up boot. Here's the way to do it. Found this on honda-tech.com. Too easy.
Here's how.
Set up a jack, and jack up the lower control arm until you can get a ratchet between the knuckle and the lower control arm.

Insert a 1/2" drive ratchet so that it's as square as possible to the surfaces it's sitting on. This is to ensure that the ratchet won't flop out prematurely.

Front side - Notice how the ratchet sits. The perspective is a little skewed and blocked.

Back side

Movie - illustrates the method in action. Must watch to understand.

No muss. No fuss. And, no busted balljoint boots.
