You are going to have to use a host site like
www.photobucket.com
1) register there and copy the link that you will setup for the pic
2) then you go to post reply here at clubintera and then at the top of the post board where it has font, size, color, and etc. there is a little image of a mountain looking picture and when the mouse gets over it it'll say "insert image"
Then click on that and you will have to copy and paste the link from the host site on there. You may have to tinker with the size of the pic and resolution but you will be able to then posta pic here. Same with if you want an avatar.
Also if it doesn't work I am sorry and I am a tard , but thats how I got an avatar and got to post pics.
