Retrieving Stock Head Unit Radio Code Online

Too lazy to search and go through the posts to find the link I found a while back whenever someone asks how to find the radio code, so I'm making a thread. Title says it all.


Go to www.acura.com, click on "My Acura" which will take you here: http://owners.acura.com/

You'll want to register your car (it's been a while, but I think you'll just need the VIN and some basic information for security). After you register, you'll see the option to view all your service records, keep them online, and all kinds of other neat features. Retrieving your radio or navigation code is is also an option on the right side.

You'll see this when you click on it. Gather all that info just to have it handy. It's all straight forward and the site will tell you exactly where to locate all the numbers they ask for.

You can retrieve your code using this website by providing identity verification and vehicle information in a few simple steps.
Information You Will Need

Vehicle VIN Number
Phone Number and Zip Code matching those on file
Device Serial Number

You can retrieve your code using this website during the following hours:

Monday to Friday 4:00 AM to 9:00 PM PDT (Pacific Daylight Time)

4:00 AM to 6:30 PM on Saturdays PDT

4:00 AM to 9:00 PM PDT on Sundays.
