RSX Type S Seats - In my Integra RS Coupe

I'm thinking about RSX Type S Seats for my Integra. Has anyone else made the swap? If so, how much am i looking at as far as price goes (two front seats), is it a complicated procedure for someone not too experienced, what year RSX Type S seats should I put in a 1995 Integra RS Coupe, and if there is anything you want to add please let me know. I'm throwing the Idea around right now, and doing a little online research.

It's not too difficult from what I've heard although you'll have to modify the rails to fit. As for the price I've seen sets for $300-550 depending on condition.
