I was considering shaving mine and relocating it with a civic antenna, but worried my auto seat belts would be in the way. Either way its gettin shaved.

my bro with a civic moved his antena to inside the a pillar and then shaved the hole, he still gets good reception. so maybe you could just relocate it to inside the car
