Should I buy this turbo

i found this turbo on ebay and i am considering buying it, but i am not sure if it is good or not. Is it even worth getting? Its got 5.83 psi how much HP will that give me? But if i could find a turbo for only $245 i would definately do it. So what do you guys think?

I would avoid that setup, you get what you pay for. I would spend the extra cash on a good wastegate, Tial makes some nice ones. I dont know how long that manifold would last before cracking either.

aight. I was lookin at it and i was a little bit worried about what i was seein. Like how come they are only charging that much.
