I do have bigger tires on it 205-55-R16 though it is still reading way to high. It happened right after i fixed the car when it died on me, and was hunting all around for the sorce of no spark, and then found out it was the Ignitor, so i replaced it with one from a 95ish Honda Accord distributor since it was the same function. and now its reading 8-10mph too high compared to 3-5mph, when i'm going what use to be 70mph on my speed with the above tires, it now reads 80mph. (4,000rpm in 4th) Integra GS stock trans i believe. Also the speedometer needle rests high when stopped, about 10mph, though lately its been resting lower. It also goes back down when you pound on the dashboard.
