squelling noise only at rev dizzy side HELP

Hey guys I got a problem.... I recently had a blox v3 , throttle body 68mm , fuel rail .. put into my car I now have this squelling noise at rev or cruising and doesn't go away but you cant hear it at idle....car idles fine. I have no belts or anything on Power steering or A/C and plus its not coming from that side its coming from dizzy or cylinder head on left side of car ONLY.... I don't know wth it is...

No intake manifold leaks I checked, same with throttle body. new water pump. the squilling starts when gas pedal rev's it up. and I can be going 80mph in 5th gear and if I step on it you can hear it also. also if im giving it gas going 1st , 2nd , 3rd , 4th , 5th and staying steady at 80 mph or any mph you can hear it like chirp or sometimes it just a constant squil
