Tinting in MD??

So you guys in MD or NOVA where did you get your tint done? I know of a reputable place called Winners in Rockville, MD. But I think they want $200 for the whole car 22% with front visor.

But DC101's black market has coupons for two places one called Doctor Tint & Details in Fredrick, MD and the other Express Tint in Centreville, VA.

Has anyone heard of or been to either of those two shops? I'm wondering stuff like is it quality film? How are the prices/customer service? How quickly do they work? How does the tint hold up after a while?(any bubbling or fading)

OR can anyone recommend a place around here? THANKS in advance!!

i went to winners, good stuff. HP did my tint on my 94 acura, had bubbles in it an it looked horrible an wouldn't even redo their work like the warranty said. Not so much good customer service. Winners were nice people and willing to help
