Ok so on my one cars b18b1, one of the valves is sticking and me and my dad think its bent. What am I going to get into when I take the head off. Is it easy to replace and whatnot
um, not too easy. i think your going to have to take it apart pretty much down to the block. this includes valve cover, timing belt, cam shafts and probably more. once you get the head off and you dont know which valve it is then you will have to test every one until you find it (try pouring water or ethonal into the exhaust side and see if it leaks out on the other side) then you will need to get a spring compressor tool and replace the bad valve(s). then when you put it back together you will have to replace the head gasket, reset the timing to tdc and you might as well replace the timing belt and other parts while your at it. it does seem odd that only one valve would get bent so be prepared to replace more than one. here is a video of a guy with water and bent valves and what it looks like
