___% Penalty for any of these: CR wing, OEM Mugen wing, A/C system and Rear Seat absent, NSX with 6 speed

Group A - aero
Choose one of the three options below:
A: aftermarket wing (+ splitter)
B: treadwear rated below 99
C: forced induction only

Interesting that you do a % penalty if the AC is removed. Why specifically AC? Basically you are saying you can have a 220 whp B20vtec with a 4.9 Final Drive and a clutch type LSD with no penalty, but removing the AC, which is a free mod, is a no no.

Their other civic/integra time attack rules are weird too. a Z6 with header intake and exhaust could easily be as fast as a stock integra. especially since the civic could run r comps.
