What is Fast/Cold Idle Specification?

I was looking in the service manual and all I found was a very general number, 1,000-2,000RPM. Not sure if it was regarding something else but that is the only number I found for Cold Idle.
I cleaned out my FITV again (which sets the cold idle) and this time I only backed out the white cap a 1/4 turn as I was following the "How-To", now my cold idle is around 1250. Last time I did it I backed it out to what I though to be too much and my idle was around 1700 when cold.
So, anyone know the spec. for Cold idle? Thanks.

It depends on the coolant temperature. Download Hondata, Crome, or Neptune and open one of the stock calibrations to look at Idle vs ECT table. 2000rpm would be <32*F. 750rpm would be around 190*+. Interpolate from there.
